We had a fantastic stay during our road trip in Italy, the location was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly in a lovely area.

The venue is clean and spacious, views are pleasant, the location is excellant and particularly good near the mountains, a taxi and Tuscany, one the world's top culinary/food destinations. The room is perfectly appointed and includes a good size bathroom. The breakfast in the restaurant is extensive. It seems like everything was amazing, I would recommend it.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location outside the old city walls was perfect for us as it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel offers a wide range of services, from room service and dry cleaning to car hire and bicycle hire. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of fresh Tuscan bread, hams, cheeses, eggs, bacon. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served superb dinners, including the best lamb my mom had on our trip. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return if visiting this area again.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it offers excellent facilities and services that cater to everyone's needs.

Unfortunately we had to pay a city tax of 4€ for the first 3 days in the hotel. A total of 12€... According to the booking we have already paid 28€ for taxes and fees. Please create transparency... So I paid 40€ for taxes and fees. Maximum would have been right for 3 days (12€) taxes and fees. With kind regards . Egbert Prante

The rooms are spacious and the location is convenient for exploring nearby cities like Pisa and Florence. It's easy to walk or rent a bike from here to reach the old part of town. The staff is helpful and the hotel is kept clean. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being cleaned and resupplied daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, with ample parking available and an elevator that worked well. The location was perfect, as it was a short and easy drive to the center of Lucca and the main square. Additionally, the hotel was close to the comic festival, which was a bonus. The breakfast offered a very good selection, with fresh Tuscan bread, hams, cheeses, eggs. But most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, from assisting us with taxi bookings to remaining open for dinner when we arrived late.
